You will work on a casual basis at various retail locations, selecting shifts that fit your schedule. You book shifts via Joblink's app. Most shifts are booked on short notice for the same week, occasionally for multiple weeks ahead. Tasks vary by site: smaller stores involve a mix of cashier duties and shelf replenishment, while larger hypermarkets may focus on a single task per shift. The core is to leave customers with a positive shopping experience. You will receive training before your first shifts. No prior experience required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key. Finnish language skills and being at least 18 years old are required. There are opportunities to grow within the company, including permanent positions.
