Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced site manager for infrastructure construction! Do you have solid experience in site management within the infrastructure sector? We are currently seeking an experienced site manager for our client's infrastructure construction projects in the Helsinki metropolitan area. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of the site, the smooth progress of work, as well as site safety and quality. You will get to work on diverse infrastructure construction projects as part of a professional organization that values a responsible work ethic, good interaction skills, and the ability to lead a site efficiently. Job Description: You will act as a site manager in various locations across the Helsinki metropolitan area. Your duties will include responsibility for separately agreed work phases and their progress to ensure the site proceeds according to the schedule, budget, plans, and quality requirements. Additionally, you will work in close cooperation with subcontractors and employees. Requirements: We require suitable education for the construction industry (Bachelor's / Master's degree) and experience in managing infrastructure sites. We also hope for a genuine desire to develop as a site manager and the ability to make decisions even in difficult situations.
