We are looking for an enthusiastic instructor interested in working with children and youth to join our team in Turku. Your Role Our children's home has 12 children across two wards. As an instructor, you support, assist, and guide children and youth in their daily activities. Your work is based on individual encounters with the child and considering their specific needs. You will act as the child's primary instructor and work closely with the child's relatives and other immediate networks. You will work based on a client plan, and an individual care and education plan will be drawn up for each child, taking into account their needs for help, support, and guidance. In this role, you will also work closely with various authorities. The job offers the opportunity to influence the daily lives of children and youth and participate in goal-oriented care and educational work as part of a multidisciplinary work community.
