We are seeking an Electrical Automation Engineer to join our engineering team in Kouvola region for a permanent position. The role involves electrical CAD drafting, programming of logic for PLCs (IFM PLC), CAN bus technology and control systems for drive and actuators, and high-level collaboration with designers and customers. The candidate should have training in electrical engineering or automation, enjoy problem solving, be proactive, and thrive in a close-knit team with a strong sense of togetherness. The work is primarily on-site at production facilities in Kouvola region, and the applicant should be prepared to commute or reside nearby. English proficiency is required in addition to Finnish. Responsibilities include CAD electrical drafting, programming logic, CAN bus networking, electrical drives and controls (frequency converters, actuators, motors), and coordinating with other engineers and customers.
