About the role
Role is field-based, travelling up to 90% across central and northern Europe to support plasma-based semiconductor processing tools. Responsibilities include process acceptance, demonstrations at customer sites, training, and collaboration with Sales and Development teams. Requires Masters in physics/chemistry or related field, semiconductor experience, deposition experience, English proficiency, and a valid driving licence. Responsibilities
- Carry out Process acceptance and support visits within the European region.
- Demonstrate process performance of tools installed at customer sites to pass customer acceptance tests and achieve system acceptance.
- Carry out remote process work for tool acceptances and issue support, including acting as main customer contact for these acceptances.
Requirements
- Masters level minimum in physics/chemistry/something closely related.
- Significant experience of the semiconductor industry or relevant experience in an academic institution.
- Deposition experience essential.
