Requirements
- Relevant higher education degree
- At least 8–10 years of relevant experience in financial management for large international organizations combined with consulting
- Proven track record of successful financial transformation projects
- Understanding of future financial processes and the functioning of the finance function
- Practical experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA, D365)
- Excellent oral and written communication and interaction skills in Finnish and English
- Strong approach to data and analytics and strategic thinking
- Experience with AI, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and AI/Agentic AI implementations
- Experience in solution sales for management consulting and high-quality pre-sales activities
- Ability to identify value-creating opportunities for clients
- Proactive and practical working style
