Järvenpää Validia-talo is a 24-hour service housing unit with 32 residents. Our clients are people with disabilities, and at Validia, we enable them to have a high-quality life of their own choosing. You will work in diverse and varied tasks, meeting clients as individuals and supporting them in their daily lives. Job duties include taking care of the client's basic daily functions, medication management, documentation, and providing personal care and stimulating activities. Work is guided by the client's individual service implementation plan.
