Production Workers in Vaasa We are looking for motivated production workers for various contract lengths for our client companies in Vaasa and the surrounding areas. There are versatile tasks available in metal industry production. Job duties may include, for example, assembly, machine operation, material handling, quality control, and finishing tasks. Previous experience in the metal industry is definitely a plus, but the most important things for us are a good attitude and a willingness to learn. You will receive comprehensive induction for the role, and a motivated worker has the opportunity to grow into more demanding tasks. We hope for: * suitable education and/or previous experience in production or industrial work * a brisk and proactive approach to work * diligence and accuracy * technical dexterity and interest in the metal industry * willingness to work in shifts Considered an advantage: * experience in the metal industry * ability to read drawings * forklift driving skills * valid occupational safety and hot work cards We offer varied tasks in stable metal industry companies, as well as the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in various production roles. Starting salary: 12–14 €/h depending on the task and suitable expertise, in accordance with the technology industry collective agreement (TES).
