We are seeking an experienced and ambitious hotel manager for the Northern Finland region to take overall responsibility for the hotel’s daily operations, profitability, and service quality. The role involves leading and developing a skilled team, collaborating with departments and partners, and ensuring the hotel achieves its financial and customer experience goals. The candidate should have prior supervisory or leadership experience in the hotel or restaurant sector, relevant educational background, strong understanding of accommodation business and guest experience development, budgeting and profitability monitoring skills, and excellent communication abilities. Fluency in Finnish and English is required; other languages are advantageous.
