We are looking for a friendly and reliable personal assistant for a part-time position with an indefinite term in Savonrannan kirkonkylä, Savonlinna. Working hours: 11:00–17:00, totaling 18–24 h/week. Job duties: personal assistance, assisting with exercise, maintaining mobility, housekeeping, meal preparation, acting as a support person, assisting in participating in recreational activities, taking care of personal hygiene, assisting with washing, and other assistance as needed. The person being assisted is an 82-year-old man in a wheelchair who is able to transfer to and from the wheelchair with assistance and walk short distances with support and a walking stick. We hope that you are active, self-motivated, and have a positive attitude. Reliability is important as the work is performed in the client's own home. A driver's license is required. The client has a car, which the personal assistant will use to transport the client for errands and recreational activities. This is a position with an indefinite term, and we hope you are willing to commit for a longer period. Work begins on August 20, 2026, or by agreement. The application period ends on August 12, 2026.
