Planning & Scheduling Manager

To lead the function of planning and scheduling on a large scale data center project. This role supports project delivery through accurate programme development, progress monitoring, risk management and reporting to senior management. About our Data Centers (DTC) division Exyte delivers comprehensive data center services from design to construction, ensuring efficiency and reliability. With our integrated project delivery approach, we have successfully executed numerous projects worldwide, including advanced intelligence data centers, hyperscale data centers, colocation and cloud-computing data centers using traditional construction as well as modular construction techniques. Explore your tasks and responsibilities Developing detailed, cost and resource loaded schedule as per project requirements Set up schedule in coordination with all disciplines within the team Manage client and other stakeholders’ relationships Lead a team of project planners Ensure adherence to corporate procedures and requirements Monitoring progress, updating and maintaining schedule. Excellent knowledge of Earned Value Management and reporting Production Planning and its implementation Developing tender schedules Show your expertise Relevant degree in construction Experience in Data Centres is essential Certification in project management / schedule management Good Communication skills Primavera P6 Schedule Risk Analysis Proficient in MS Excel Lean Construction / Last Planner Tools Contact: You want to be part of the Exyte team?
