The Role Site management of fire protection and life safety electrical systems (fire alarm, detection, and suppression interfaces) across a large-scale data center build Coordination between MEP, fire protection subcontractors, and wider electrical installation teams Ensuring compliance with German fire protection codes and standards (VDS, DIN, VDE) throughout installation and commissioning Managing quality, schedule, and safety of fire protection electrical scope from rough-in through to testing, commissioning, and client handover Stakeholder management with client representatives, the main contractor, and specialist fire protection suppliers Requirements Proven site management experience on fire protection / life safety electrical systems, ideally within data center, industrial, or large commercial construction Strong knowledge of German fire protection standards and approval processes Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating across multiple trades on a live construction site Fluent German and English, essential for liaising with local authorities and site teams Available for a long-term, site-based commitment in Frankfurt for the full 24-month duration
