Cafe Worker

Cafe worker in Tampere city centre. We are seeking an experienced, customer-oriented café employee for our client in Tampere’s heart. If café life, good coffee, and satisfied customers are familiar to you, this job could be for you. The work starts in September, potentially as early as August. What the job entails: you will perform a variety of café duties—from product preparation and sales to meeting customers. Shifts include morning, day, and evening hours, on weekdays and weekends, so we value flexibility and readiness for different shifts. Who this role suits: someone with several years of café experience and a solid understanding of café products and sales. We are looking for a personable individual who dares to engage, serves with charisma, and ensures customers leave with a smile. We value: mastery of specialty coffees and serving, experience with daily café tasks, and a cheerful, energetic team attitude. We offer: full-time employment (112.5 hours per 3 weeks), salary according to MaRaVa-TES or by agreement, please note that the role requires a hygienic certificate and a serving license, and the café is located in Tampere city centre with good transport links.
