Production Worker

We are looking for a motivated and proactive production worker for assembly and shipping tasks in Kausala for our client company Dinair Clean Air Oy. Work begins according to the agreement during September and will last approximately 2–3 months. The possibility of extension will be determined at the end of the fixed-term period. Job Duties Tasks are determined based on your skills and may include: - Assembly work involving fitting various parts together and quality control - Shipping work, such as packing and picking As a production worker, you are precise, efficient, and careful, working in a small group but independently after thorough orientation. Working Hours Work is performed in three shifts, with the shift changing weekly: one week evening shift, one week morning shift, and one week night shift. Mornings Mon–Fri: 6:00–14:00 Evenings Mon–Fri: 14:00–22:00 Nights Sun–Fri: 22:00–6:00 Expectations - Systematic and careful way of working - Good cooperation and communication skills - Fluent Finnish language skills - Readiness for shift work - At least 18 years of age - Access to a private vehicle due to the location of the workplace and shift work - Previous experience in assembly, shipping, warehouse, or logistics tasks is considered an advantage but is not essential.
