Job Description In this role, you will serve as an important link between customers and internal stakeholders. Your workdays will be varied and include a range of customer service and order management tasks. We are looking for two candidates with different schedules and working hours. Please specify in your application which position you are primarily applying for. Full-time (100% work hours) - Employment period: 24.8.2026 – 31.12.2026. Part-time (75% work hours, approx. 28 hours/week) - Employment period: 24.9.2026 – 31.12.2026. Due to our client company's international environment, we prefer applications and CVs to be submitted in English. Work Tasks - Handling orders for legal packages and reservations (kit booking), refunds, and related inquiries - Coordinating returns, pickups, and proof of delivery, as well as processing pricing requests - Managing incoming emails and phone calls - Communicating with internal and external stakeholders - Clarifying, resolving, recording, and following up on billing-related issues. We are looking for - Experience in customer service, order processing, or contact center work - Fluent spoken and written skills in Finnish and English - Basic proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word) and understanding of ERP systems - Experience with handling legal packages and reservations is a plus. To succeed in this role, you should also be: - Proactive - An excellent communicator - Responsible.
