About the opportunity Real-time management and monitoring of logistics operations. Early detection of possible incidents affecting the fleet. Provide support to riders. Control all logistic zones by shifts. Assist in logistics expansion inland. Ensure adequate rider coverage in zones with need. Be a point of contact with riders. What you need to be successful Knowledge in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or related fields. Availability for night shifts and weekends (Rotating). Analytical ability. Knowledge of Google Workspace, intermediate Excel. Experience in supervisory task processes. Good conflict management, communication and interpersonal relations.
