Team Leader Process Engineering

The Warehouse Process Engineering department plays a key role in developing and improving operational processes, including in SPC1 and SPC2 warehouses, BEWEL packaging, returns areas, and PC/RW centers. The team collaborates with various operations teams and business analysts within cross-functional teams and participates in large-scale projects, coordinating with project engineers. You will lead the Warehouse Process Engineers, coach and develop talent, drive improvements in the warehouse, allocate priorities and tasks, apply process improvement expertise to raise efficiency and quality, and support budgeting.
