The Procurement Manager at atNorth will be based in Sweden, Finland, or Denmark, leading the full procurement lifecycle, from needs analysis to final negotiation, with a focus on OFCI equipment. Reporting to the Director of Procurement, you will join a team that values your initiative and depends on your expertise to deliver world-class infrastructure. Key responsibilities include leading RFQ/RFP processes, preparing tender documentation, conducting negotiations, ensuring compliance, providing strategic updates, supporting local implementation, developing ways of working, and implementing category and supplier strategies. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably within data centers, construction, or heavy infrastructure, holds a degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Master’s preferred), has technical understanding of data center technologies, proven negotiation skills with OFCI suppliers, an analytical mindset, fluency in English, and a service-oriented approach.
