Raasepori city seeks a bold, proactive and strategic leader to lead and develop the city. With about 27,000 residents, Raasepori invites a leader who can work with residents, decision-makers and roughly 1,300 employees to build a vibrant and sustainable city where people enjoy living and business grows. The current city manager moves on to new challenges, so we are looking for a successor who is brave, outgoing and able to see the big picture and think strategically long term. You will represent Raasepori in various contexts and act as the city’s figurehead and important representative. A Master’s degree and strong familiarity with public administration are required. Fluency in Swedish and Finnish is required; other languages are a plus. The city manager will be employed on a permanent basis with a six-month probation. Start date to be agreed. Requirements
- Master's degree in public administration or related field
- Strong knowledge of public administration
- Fluency in Swedish and Finnish (speaking and writing)
