Logistics Supervisor

Patria is a defense technology company with over 100 years of experience. We are seeking a practical and development‑minded Logistics Supervisor to lead the internal logistics team in a demanding aerospace manufacturing environment. The role is based mainly on site at Hallin and focuses on supporting production and material flows, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in daily operations, and developing the team. The supervisor will manage a small team (about six people), monitor KPIs, train and onboard staff, and collaborate with production, other logistics functions, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The position emphasizes people leadership and hands‑on problem solving in a tightly controlled setting with strong emphasis on safety and process discipline. Responsibilities include directing daily team work, ensuring smooth material flows, enforcing safety and quality guidelines, KPI tracking, onboarding and coaching, coordinating with internal and external partners, and adopting new processes to support growing material flows. Requirements include a solid logistics education and experience in an industrial environment, prior leadership or supervisory experience, strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, clear communication, IT proficiency, and fluency in Finnish and good English. Lean thinking and development experience are valued, as is a coaching leadership style that motivates the team to embrace change.
