We are looking for home cleaners to help make our customers’ everyday life easier. At Onni, house cleaning is more than just a clean home; our work supports customers in their daily routines and aims to leave them with a positive feeling after each visit. In this role you will take care of our clients’ homes and premises with high quality and reliability. Tasks include regular house cleaning, one-off cleans, window washing, and office cleaning; more experienced workers may also perform specialist cleaning. The job is primarily daytime, weekdays. You can influence your shifts and work either full-time, part-time, or on a gig basis according to your life situation. We hire both experienced cleaning professionals and newcomers. Prior cleaning experience is an advantage but not required. The most important is that you are reliable, committed to doing your best, and treat customers kindly. We train you thoroughly and teach you work tasks, how to use tools, and how we serve customers warmly. Requirements include a friendly, customer-oriented attitude; initiative and responsibility; good Finnish language skills; a driver's license and possibility to use your own car; we compensate mileage for using your own car. We believe that a quality end result and a good customer experience go hand in hand. We perform our work with high quality, while also meeting customers in a friendly manner, acknowledging their individual needs, and leaving a positive impression from each visit. We offer meaningful work where the impact is visible immediately. The Onni team is friendly and supportive. We pay based on competence and training, between €12.26 and €15.65 per hour (TES for the property services sector).
