Are you the Café Worker we are looking for? We are currently seeking a Café Worker for our client, Kujalan Porotila, to work in wonderful surroundings for the upcoming winter season 2026–2027! As a Café Worker, your duties will include customer service in Finnish and English, as well as various daily café tasks. These include, among others, preparing products, organizing meals for the reindeer farm guests, and presenting and selling products from the farm shop. You will work in varied environments, such as the café, a commissioned restaurant, a kota (traditional hut), and a camp, where food is served and stories about the life of reindeer and the history of the reindeer farm are shared. We value experience in similar roles and a background with reindeer, but it is not required. We provide training for all tasks, and you will learn everything you need to know on the job. The person we are looking for is a flexible, responsible, and friendly customer service professional. You are interested in developing your skills and learning new things. You handle pressure and outdoor work well, as some work is performed in the open air. Good physical condition, authenticity, and a positive attitude are key assets. Work begins in November by agreement and lasts until the end of March. The employment is full-time, but if you have another preferred number of hours in mind, please mention it in your application! The employment contract is concluded between Bondata and the employee. The employment follows the collective agreement for tourism, restaurant, and leisure services. Starting salary: 14 €/h.
