Lead Planner We are looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Lead Planner to strengthen our project organization in shipbuilding and offshore projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project scheduling, developing planning activities, and analyzing and reporting on project progress. Job Description As a Lead Planner, you are responsible for the overall scheduling and planning guidance of projects in all phases. You will play a key role between project management, design, procurement, and production, ensuring that projects progress as planned and efficiently. Your duties include, among others: * Creating, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules * Leading and coordinating planning activities * Developing scheduling processes, operating methods, and tools * Reporting, analyzing, and forecasting projects * Identifying deviations and planning corrective actions * Collaborating with project management, production, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals What we expect from you * Appropriate technical or commercial education (e.g., Engineer, M.Sc.
