About the role

We have just opened an exciting opportunity for a Site Project Manager Location: South or North Germany Primary function: To act as a Site Supervisor in large sites (e.g. Microsoft data centers) from site preparation through deliveries, construction and testing phases and as such has the authority to coordinate the daily operational works at site Represent Eaton and as such has the authority to coordinate the daily operational works at site meetings where planning, coordination, and safety are reviewed. Critical to the mission is to ensure all safety (EHS) and quality requirements met. Job responsibilities: * Be on site as per customer schedule each workday. * Responsible for Health and Safety, Environmental process on site. * The site manager initiates, monitors and reviews work procedures, holds toolbox talks, daily point of work risk assessments and safety briefings with its team. * Site Manager ensures that a safe working environment is always provided and ensuring any necessary documentation such as, Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RA/MS) * Coordinate / and direct site works by Eaton and Eaton third party suppliers on a daily basis. * Ensures effective use of resources to help reach profitability expectations. Raise gaps and constraints that are unforeseen formally to PM to allow cost recapture. * Overall responsibility for leading the Eaton on-site service team, and Eaton vendor workers to follow all defined procedures so as to achieve quality, cost, delivery and employee safety goals. * Organizes and carries out site aspect of trainings for different parties as required. ## We would like you to bring: * Strong electrical background. * Knowledge and experience with Health and Safety and Quality Management on construction site * Experience in power distribution construction site, * Experience of executing delivery projects, electrical work and field service & commissioning work * Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring, cabling documents * Knowledge in Datacenter in a plus" * Excellent communication and organizational skills * English and German is a must. * Willing to work on rotation e.g. 3-6 weeks on site - 1 week home ## What Eaton offers: * Great promotional opportunities - We encourage internal promotion, whenever possible * Excellent working environment - safety and ethic are really important for us * Culture & Values - We are more than the products we invent and produce – the way we do business is just as important. Requirements
