Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Lead Designer for data center projects to oversee complex electrical design tasks from concept to commissioning. The role involves leading design efforts, solving technical challenges, and ensuring seamless integration of various areas. You will play a key role in the design team, either as a senior expert or supporting project manager, with active client engagement. The position is nationwide, with preferred locations in Helsinki, Tampere, Turku, Kuopio, Jyväskylä, Vantaa, or Oulu, and requires some travel. Candidates should have a relevant electrical engineering degree (BSc or MSc) and at least 10 years of experience in electrical design, including at least one year in data center projects. Strong communication skills in Finnish and/or English are essential. We value practical, development-oriented attitudes and teamwork.
