The position is part of the government's goal to hire 500 young people in new fixed-term service relationships as seasonal workers and higher education trainees during 2026. The position is specifically intended for persons aged 18–25 seeking their first government job. The selected person must not have other public funding support. We are seeking a higher education trainee for the digitization of archive documents within the General Administration's Information and Archive Management Services responsibility area. In addition to the preparation and scanning of documents, the task includes transferring the scanned material to the National Archives' electronic archiving service, recording metadata, and verifying digital files (quality control). The trainee will participate in the development of the digitization process together with other members of the responsibility area. In this role, the trainee will become familiar with the National Land Survey's digitization process and the National Archives' transfer requirements for digital materials. During comprehensive orientation, the trainee will gain a good understanding of archive information services, digitization, tasks related to archive management, the multidisciplinary National Land Survey, and working for the state.
