In cleaning supervisor duties, you will be responsible for the operational planning and smoothness of our client sites' cleaning services. The person we are looking for is genuinely service-minded, customer-oriented, adaptable and flexible, enjoys working in an occasionally busy environment by organizing their work efficiently - not forgetting diamond-like problem-solving skills! What we expect from you: Previous experience in the cleaning industry, supervisory roles, and result-oriented management of client accounts will help you succeed in the position. We will train you well for the role! The person we are looking for must be able to communicate effortlessly in both Finnish and English and genuinely enjoy a multicultural work environment. At the center of the job description are also strong interaction and negotiation skills and the ability to act in a self-directed supervisor role - leading by example and motivating employees are part of the daily activities. A driver's license and the possibility of using your own car are considered an advantage. A vocational qualification in the field is also an advantage for you.
