Project Manager

Salpamaa Oy is a pioneer in the recycling and processing of earth and stone materials. We offer responsible and environmentally friendly solutions for companies that want to process and recycle various earth and stone materials as well as inorganic industrial by-products. Our goal is to increase the recycling of earth and stone materials, reduce waste, and replace virgin materials with recycled products. We work closely with key players in the industry and serve customers through nine locations in Päijät-Häme. Salpamaa is part of Salpakierto Group, owned by nine municipalities and part of Lahti City Group. Since 1993, the company has worked boldly and innovatively to promote recycling, circular economy, and environmental sustainability. The role involves developing and launching new business operations, managing investment and construction projects from planning to implementation, and working closely with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate has experience in construction or infrastructure projects, a suitable technical education, and understands project management and construction principles. They are proactive, responsible, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.
