At Paukkulakoti, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise versatilely and influence the development of nursing care in our unit. Substitute position available starting as soon as possible and ending on January 9, 2027. Your Role As a Registered Nurse, you are responsible for the holistic planning, implementation, and evaluation (RAI) of the client's rehabilitative nursing care, as well as the development of the quality of nursing care. You will act as a nursing expert and coordinator, and guide the nursing work of practical nurses, care assistants, and care workers. In your work, you plan, implement, and evaluate the client's medication therapy in cooperation with a physician and ensure the implementation of treatment orders in the unit. You will work in close multidisciplinary cooperation, maintain contact with relatives and other partners, and monitor and evaluate the resident's well-being holistically. Additionally, you will guide students, orient new employees, and actively maintain your professional skills by acquiring new knowledge and developing your expertise.
