I always get help when needed." - Anna, practical nurse, home care Eligibility requirements are a degree as a practical nurse or a previous basic care degree, as well as registration in the register of social care professionals (JulkiSuosikki). The position requires good proficiency in Finnish. Proficiency in Swedish is considered an advantage. Performing the duties requires a driver's license and the possibility of using one's own car. Terms of employment are determined according to the collective agreement for social and health care personnel (SOTE agreement). The probationary period is 6 months. The position-specific salary is 2935.15 €/month and the working time is 38.25 h/week. The working time is shift work. The position requires vaccination protection as required by § 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act and a tuberculosis screening according to § 55.
