Registered Nurse

Your role Lizeliuskoti is a 40-place 24-hour service housing unit for the elderly in Mynämäki. The residents are elderly people with multiple illnesses, and you will work to support their holistic well-being in a close multidisciplinary environment. As a registered nurse, your responsibilities include the planning, implementation, and evaluation of clients' medication therapy and rehabilitative nursing care. You will also participate in developing the quality of nursing care and promoting resident-centered activities. You will receive orientation for your duties based on your expertise. The work is primarily morning shifts, but occasional evening shifts are possible. What we expect from you We expect you to advance nursing care with professionalism and responsibility and a desire to work with the well-being of the elderly. The position requires good oral and written Finnish language skills. A valid LOVe medication permit, knowledge of the RAI assessment system, good IT skills, and experience in elderly services are considered an advantage. The eligibility requirement for the position is a legal authorization as a registered nurse in accordance with the Act on Health Care Professionals (559/1994).
