We are now looking for a Customer Advisor for Ruokaboksi Finland Oy's Oulu office to work in the Czech market. Job Description In this role, you will contact current and potential customers operating in the Czech market by phone. You will present campaigns, benefits, and service options, and answer customer questions. Some contacts are directed at current customers and some at individuals who have already expressed interest in the service and want to hear more about it. The work is full-time and based at the Oulu office. Working hours: * Monday–Thursday 9:00–16:00 * Friday 9:00–15:00 Work begins in early September. What we expect? * Fluent skills in Czech and Finnish. * A positive and customer-oriented attitude. * A desire to learn new things and develop sales skills. Previous experience in sales or customer advisory is not essential, as you will receive comprehensive intensive training for about two weeks on products, services, and working methods. Salary: * Base salary €1,400/month + commissions. * Earnings for the first two months are approximately €2,000/month. * Average possible monthly earnings are approximately €2,500–3,500/month.
