Job Description

We are looking for an proactive and action-oriented After Sales Assistant for a fixed-term parental leave replacement to strengthen our team at our Tampere office. In this role, you will enhance customer satisfaction by handling customer accounts in a customer-oriented and solution-focused manner after the purchase. You will work on tasks such as: · Handling warranty exchange permits · Managing return permits · Customer returns · Customer credits · Handling complaints You will succeed if you are: · Organized and able to manage your own work · Capable of working efficiently under pressure and in busy situations · Customer-oriented · Fluent in English · Proficient in Excel basics and quick to learn new systems You do not need to know everything beforehand, as you will receive comprehensive training and support from a knowledgeable team and supervisor. However, interest in developing aftersales operations and previous experience with complaints, warranty processes, or other aftersales tasks will help you succeed. Additionally, relevant education, such as in retail, is considered an advantage.
