Customer Service Supervisor - Kotkan kaupunki - Kotka, Finland

The City of Kotka's administrative unit is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for a permanent position starting from 27 July 2026 or as agreed. The position is located in the Customer Service Point Ruori unit, which handles the city's centralized customer service for certain services, such as reservations, service advice, and cash services. The responsibilities of the Customer Service Supervisor include leading the daily operations and developing activities at the Customer Service Point Ruori. The role also involves performing customer service work at the service point. Work is carried out in a team of six, with the customer service supervisor acting as the team leader. The qualification requirement for the position is a suitable higher education degree. We value experience in municipal customer service tasks, service development, and supervisory work. Additionally, understanding the management of systems used in customer service work is considered an advantage. We require the ability to work independently, develop service point processes, manage modern ICT systems, organize tasks, and possess excellent cooperation and customer service skills. The position follows standard working hours. The salary is in accordance with the KVTES collective agreement, with a level salary of €3,880/month.
