
The position is for a Project Manager within the PMO and Regulatory team, which is part of Product and Customer Security in the Technology and AI Organization. The primary focus of this role is to lead the EU CRA (Cyber Resilience Act) compliance Project, along with other major Product Security projects. Your responsibilities • Project Management: Efficiently and effectively manage the implementation of a large, multidisciplinary, high-stakes project. This includes aspects from legal and compliance to standardization, regulatory analysis, and the deployment of mandatory regulatory requirements into existing processes, including governance. • Risk Management: Proactively manage risks through structured and fact-based preparation for business decisions. • Coordination & Interlock: Coordinate and interlock with other Security and Regulatory programs. • Communication: Create clear, insight-driven communication for stakeholders and leadership. • Process Improvement: Challenge inefficiencies and introduce smarter ways of working, tools, and processes. • AI Leverage: Utilize AI tools to enhance planning, tracking, and overall project execution efficiency. Your skills and experience • Project Management: Experience with project planning and execution, risk, and dependency management. • Analytical & Structural: Strong ability to analyze, simplify, and structure outcomes. • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. • Technical Acumen: Technical and product security acumen, along with familiarity with R&D processes, Quality, and Compliance. • Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments. • Problem-Solving: Ability to work around impediments and achieve results. • Innovation: Curiosity to explore and adopt new tools, AI, and automation. (Nice-to-have): • Nokia Business Knowledge: Inside knowledge of Nokia businesses. • Product Security Understanding: Understanding of Product Security, including security risks of Free and Open Source, and security vulnerability management. • Regulatory Expertise: Knowledge and experience in the analysis of regulations and compliance.
