We are seeking a RESPONSIBLE WORKING MANAGER / SITE MANAGER for our client’s industrial project in Harjavalta. The work starts around 11/2026 and lasts until 03/2027, with potential continuation on other projects. Your duties include daily site leadership, coordination and supervision; acting as the responsible site manager under the construction law; monitoring progress, schedules and quality; coordinating contractors and work phases; supervising safety and ensuring safe working practices; participating in site and project meetings; reporting and liaising with project stakeholders. Requirements: Construction engineer (AMK) or foreman qualification; previous experience as site manager, site supervisor or similar leadership roles on construction sites; experience with demolition sites is a plus; good IT skills; good Finnish and English skills.
