Power Plant Foreman

An on-site leadership role at a power plant in Central Uusimaa. You will lead a maintenance team in daily operations, participate in hands-on maintenance when needed, ensure compliance with safety instructions, plan and schedule maintenance work with the team and customer, communicate clearly with the client and other stakeholders, and monitor and improve equipment performance with the rest of the team. The position requires a practical mindset, willingness to take responsibility, and the ability to work independently and make decisions in pressure. Prior experience in a power plant environment or process industry is valued, with at least 5 years in industrial maintenance. A suitable professional or technical qualification is required, and experience in leading a team is beneficial. Finnish language proficiency is essential, and willingness to work on shift or on-call as needed.
