The Agreement Management Data Analytics Expert supports the Energy Service business by using data and analytics to improve business processes and enable information-based decision-making The preferred location for this position is Vaasa, Finland but also Turku, Helsinki are negotiable. We offer a possibility to hybrid remote work (3 days in the office). Your role and responsibilities As Data Analytics Expert you will focus on following areas: Identify relevant business needs and define analytical use cases together with stakeholders. Assess data availability, quality, and suitability for the intended analytical purpose. Prepare analyses and analytics to support agreement business, customer operations and maintenance of power plants. Translate findings, in collaboration with business-responsible stakeholders, into actionable insights and practical recommendations. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agreement Management by strengthening data-driven ways of working. Support Agreement Management business by applying data and data analytics to address identified business needs, for increasing awareness, visibility and understanding to enhance agreement processes and oversight by: Collaborating with different stakeholders and functions to identify and to define use-cases for data analytics within agreement business. Identify, collect, structure, and analyze relevant data to generate actionable insights that improve operational visibility, strengthen oversight and predictability to support business execution Evaluate whether the required data is available, reliable, and suitable for the intended analytical need, and support stakeholders in understanding limitations, assumptions, and development needs related to the data. Translate analytical results and findings into actionable business insights and practical recommendations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Take advantage of and make good use of the selected analytics tools and platforms. Participate in the development of these applications and capabilities. Educate, guide, and coach stakeholders in the use of data and analytics within the Agreement Management business context, thereby supporting increased adoption of data-driven ways of working. Maintain awareness of the digital tools, data sources, and analytics capabilities available within Wärtsilä, and contribute to their effective use in support of Agreement business Requirements for the position: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. +2/3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, reporting, or related analytical roles. Proven experience transforming complex datasets into actionable business insights. Experience working with large datasets from multiple systems and sources. Experience supporting business decision-making through analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting. Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions. Relevant certifications are beneficial (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Azure Data Engineer, Azure Data Scientist, Databricks, AWS Analytics). Python, SQL, PowerBI is must Advantageous: AWS, Databricks, Git Data analysis, statistics, analysis & analytics methods Communication and interaction skills
