Cafe Equipment Technician

Cafe Equipment Technician role based in Tampere, Finland. The position is permanent with average weekly hours around 30. The main duty is to maintain coffee machines and other automated devices at customer sites, ensuring excellent customer experience. The technician travels daily to client locations, handling filling, cleaning and functional checks of machines, delivering products to customers, ensuring smooth customer experience, and collaborating with maintenance, warehouse and other team members. The job is independent, mobile and physically demanding, including lifting and carrying. Requirements include good physical capacity, initiative and thorough work method, reliability and responsibility, positive attitude and team spirit, fluent Finnish, and a valid B-driving license (work involves independent travel). A Safety Card is a plus. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Work hours are mainly Mon-Fri 08:00–14:00 or 07:00–13:00, with occasional Saturdays. The salary range is 1680–1911 EUR per month.
