Junior Sales Engineer

Join Enersense’s team of bold professionals! We are currently seeking a technical sales engineer to assist in maintenance service contract management, sales and tendering. The role will focus especially on substation and distribution networks, but also solar and wind power sectors, battery storage (BESS) and data center maintenance services. Ideally located near one of our maintenance units in Hämeenlinna, Oulu, Seinäjoki, Lappeenranta, Harjavalta, Rovaniemi or the Helsinki area; flexible remote work is possible. The position belongs to the Power business unit, which helps customers realise the energy transition with comprehensive services across the energy sector lifecycle, including planning, construction and maintenance of power transmission networks and substations, as well as wind power parks, and energy storage solutions. Responsibilities include preparing maintenance service contracts for electrical substations and renewable energy sites, developing tender materials and contract contents, supporting sales development in collaboration with the wider organization, and rolling out new contract content to business units; the role can expand as the organization evolves. Requirements include an electrical or production engineering degree or equivalent, about two years of experience in the electrical energy sector is advantageous, understanding of power networks or renewable energy production, excellent collaboration and negotiation skills, adaptability in a fast-changing environment, ability to work independently, and fluent Finnish and English.
