Apply for fast-paced seasonal work! We are looking for tyre fitters for our client for the upcoming tyre season in Lahti and tyre shops / car service centers located in the Lahti area. Work starts and lasts according to the tyre season, which is affected by regional weather differences. The duration of work is usually 5-8 weeks and usually starts during September-October. EMPLOYMENT DETAILS * Work starts immediately at the beginning of the season * Duration about 5–8 weeks * Must commit to the work for the entire season * 8 h shifts on weekdays between 7 am and 6 pm WHAT DOES THE WORK INCLUDE? * Tyre changes and installations * Tyre transfers, washing and storage * Other assisting tasks related to tyre changes Work is physical and occasionally hectic, so good basic fitness and a careful work approach are important. You will operate as part of a team where smooth cooperation is the key to success. YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS JOB IF: * You have a brisk and gripping work attitude (this is an absolute requirement for the job!) * You are in good physical condition * You work independently and accurately * You are a customer-oriented team player * You have a Class B driver's license * Previous experience in tyre installations is seen as an advantage, but is not mandatory WHAT DO WE OFFER? * Pay at least according to the collective agreement of the car tyre industry * Opportunity to earn well during the season * Honest work and clear working hours * A pleasant and fast-paced work community * Good orientation Payment is at least according to the automotive industry collective agreement.
