About the opportunity We are looking for a Fleet Risk Sr Analyst to drive financial and operational performance improvements for Cash on Delivery orders in LATAM. What you’ll do Develop and optimize the regional cash collection risk matrix, defining limits and metrics to control financial exposure. Monitor fleet balance indicators regionally, producing forecasts and early alerts to anticipate deviations. Lead optimization initiatives with Product, Technology and Operations to improve collections efficiency and driver deposits. Evaluate and adjust governance rules to reduce operational impact on fleet availability. Design analytical models and dashboards to evaluate the impact of initiatives and identify new optimization opportunities. What you need to be successful What you’ll bring University degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Data Science or related fields. Prior experience in business analysis, operations, financial analysis, risk or performance management. Advanced SQL, Excel and data visualization tools for extracting and processing large data volumes (Python or R valued). Experience with analyzing operational/financial metrics, database structuring and data-driven hypothesis testing. Advanced English for interaction with regional and international teams.
