Cafe/Grill Entrepreneur - Stellium Oy

I am looking for cafe/grill entrepreneurs to join me at a grill cafe located along Highway 3, on the border of Ylöjärvi and Hämeenkyrö. I am seeking either one full-time and one part-time entrepreneur, or two part-time entrepreneurs, who have the ability to invest €2,000–5,000 in initial acquisitions (own funds or loan). Almost all machinery and furniture are already available in the premises. Work is not paid on an hourly basis; instead, the profit generated from the business is shared among the entrepreneurs according to their work input. I hope you have experience in the restaurant industry and, for example, training as a chef, cook, or pastry chef, as your work will primarily consist of food preparation and sales. I am looking for a person who understands flavors and quality, not just a "steak flipper." Good customer service skills are also an essential attribute. You do not need prior entrepreneurial experience, as you will have an experienced entrepreneur as a colleague. Working hours are negotiable. A private car is essential. This is a great opportunity for independent work and potentially better earnings than salaried employment. You can work through your own company or as a light entrepreneur by invoicing your share from my company.
