Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and inspiring kitchen manager to lead the operations of a production kitchen and staff restaurant. The role involves overseeing daily operational management of the kitchen, high-quality food production, and smooth execution of catering and meeting services. You will act as the supervisor of the kitchen team and lead by example, actively participating in daily activities. You should be a strong organizer with the ability to manage multiple kitchen functions simultaneously in a cost-effective and quality manner. Your responsibilities include: Managing and developing the daily operations of a large production kitchen; Planning and executing catering, meeting, and representation catering; Collaborating with the restaurant manager and product development on customer-oriented menu and dish planning; Leading, onboarding, and motivating kitchen staff; Managing the kitchen’s financial results, such as sales margin, waste control, and cost efficiency; Ensuring quality, hygiene, and self-monitoring compliance; Handling procurement, inventory management, and production flow; Ensuring an excellent customer experience in all situations. We expect you to have: Several years of experience leading a large kitchen or production kitchen; Strong catering expertise and experience in organizing various events; Ability to lead a team by example and with an inspiring approach; Strong gastronomic knowledge and quality awareness; Experience in cost-effective kitchen management; Good organizational and interpersonal skills; Experience with production control systems; Hygiene passport and industry training.
