Plant Manager

Bevenic Oy is looking for an experienced, hands-on Plant Manager to lead and develop the Lahti factory. The role combines daily production leadership with long-term business development, leading the production day-to-day near the staff and simultaneously driving process, production methods, capacity and resources to meet growing customer needs. Lean thinking and continuous improvement support the aim to improve productivity, quality and competitiveness. Key responsibilities include operational management of the Lahden factory and development of wiring harness production, monitoring and improving profitability and KPI metrics, leading personnel and resource planning, ensuring production efficiency, quality, delivery reliability and safety, developing production processes with Lean principles, leading development and customer projects and new product introductions, supporting customer relationships and business development with sales. Participation in budgeting, management team work and strategy; aligning customer needs with factory capabilities and growing existing and identifying new business opportunities. What we expect: experienced production leader with a track record of successful management of industrial or production units. Understanding daily production life and ability to link operational leadership with financial and long-term development. Experience with wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, connectors or similar electronics manufacturing is preferred. Strong change management and development mindset; ability to translate plans into practice with staff. Hands-on leader who works closely with production and personnel, drives changes with determination and communicates clearly in Finnish and English.
