Hello, if you are interested in working as an assistant, come join the Onni team to do important and customer-oriented work in assistant services in a fixed-term employment contract! As a personal assistant, you help our clients live a full life of their own choosing. Onni's clients are people who, due to illness or injury, need help with everyday chores. You assist with household tasks and activities outside the home. Client assignments may vary and be of different levels, and tasks are always determined by the client's condition and individual need for assistance. The work is versatile and can, if desired, include several different clients and tasks during the same day. You do not need professional training or previous experience; it is sufficient that you have the right attitude towards assistant work, are willing to learn new things, and work in a customer-oriented manner in various situations. All our new assistants are comprehensively oriented in Onni's own Assistant Academy before starting work, and orientation continues as needed during employment. You will receive continuous guidance and support from your own team leader, and you will never be left alone with your questions or potential work-related challenges—we take care of that! Work is primarily carried out in two shifts on weekdays and weekends. Shift lengths vary from two hours upwards, and a working day may consist of one or more different clients. You can influence your shifts and work part-time or on a gig basis—in the way that best suits your life situation. We take into account both our clients' assistance needs and our assistants' work preferences so that they are matched as well as possible. The first shift for a client is an orientation shift if necessary, after which both the assistant and the client can evaluate, among other things, the smoothness of the cooperation and the compatibility of personal chemistry. If you later feel that something is bothering you or not working as planned, we will address the matter together and find a suitable solution for you. If desired, you can work for several clients at Onni, provided the schedules are coordinated. WE HOPE FOR - B2-level Finnish language skills - A driver's license and the possibility of using your own car if necessary - Legal age (18+) WE OFFER YOU - Comprehensive orientation and the opportunity to develop professionally - A cheerful and professional team to share everyday life and act as your support - Versatile Tradeka Group personnel benefits - Tradeka's health insurance fund, which the employee joins after the probation period if the working time is at least 10 h/week according to the employment contract and the duration of employment is at least 6 months - Salary according to the collective agreement for the private social services sector (G15A): 12.79 € - 14.06 €/h + possible shift premiums.
