The work is suitable for people in many different life situations, as you can influence which shifts you accept. You can be a retiree, a student, a healthcare professional, or something in between. As a personal assistant, you help the customer with ordinary life matters that the customer cannot do themselves due to injury or illness. You do not need separate training, as you will receive comprehensive orientation and support from us. A brisk attitude and healthy common sense enable you to perform the tasks well. We are a responsible employer and all our employees are in an employment relationship. You normally accrue a pension in your work, in addition to which we pay your unemployment insurance contributions for you. You are naturally also entitled to holiday compensation and are insured by the employer. The same nurse or nursing team always visits the customer at standard times, which means that the work is not actually gig work, but you must be able to commit to the visits long-term. However, you can influence the number of your working hours. The work is unhurried and you do not need to move from one customer to another during the same shift.
