Entry-level Earthworks Worker We are seeking an entry-level earthworks worker for our client company for various infrastructure and earthworks tasks in the Tampere region. The position is suitable for a person with a passion for learning and an interest in the earthworks industry, as well as a willingness to engage in various stages of site work. The job description consists of diverse earthworks tasks according to the needs of the site. Your duties may include, for example, assisting the excavator operator, assisting in pipe installations, finishing excavations, shoveling, installing manholes, creating crushed stone and sand bases, assisting in measurements, moving materials, maintaining site cleanliness, and other earthworks tasks. Tasks vary according to the progress of the project, so we value versatile skills and a flexible approach to work. Work begins as agreed, by August–September at the latest. Working hours are generally Mon–Fri 7:00–15:30. Salary is determined by your skills and experience in accordance with the construction industry collective agreement (12.60–15.56 €/h + TES supplements). Requirements for employment: * Valid occupational safety card (työturvallisuuskortti). * Legal age (18+). * Energetic, proactive, and responsible work ethic. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid Tieturva 1 card, previous experience in earthworks, and access to a private car are considered an advantage.
