About the role

Gradia is seeking a motivated part-time teacher for Finnish language and literature and S2 at Gradia high schools for a fixed-term period from 27 August 2026 to 7 June 2027. The role includes teaching according to the curriculum, student guidance, independent and team-based curriculum development, participation in exam-related duties, planning, evaluation, and collaboration with stakeholders and home-school interfaces. Primarily placed at Jyväskylä Adult High School, with possible duties at other campuses. Requires proficiency in pedagogical methods and tools, readiness to engage with diverse learners, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a proactive development mindset. Edtech and online pedagogy experience is a plus.
