Cash Management and Billing Services Specialist

We are looking for a Specialist for Cash Management and Invoicing Services to join our team for a fixed-term employment until February 29, 2028. In this versatile role you will operate as a business specialist in development projects and play a central role in collaboration between business, financial administration and system development. You will ensure that reimbursement processes, accounting requirements and system solutions form a functioning and seamless whole. You will identify, interpret and refine business needs and requirements into clear specifications for the systems implementation team. You will also participate in planning system testing, validating test data and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the solutions. You will work closely with the development team experts, business representatives and system vendors. What we expect from you - Experience in project work and agile development - Understanding of accounting and sub-ledger principles - Knowledge of reimbursement processes in cash movements - Long experience in interpreting business needs and drafting specifications - Proactiveness, initiative, flexibility and resilience under pressure - Excellent communication skills - Ability to grasp big picture, identify dependencies and solve problems - Fluent Finnish and English with both spoken and written skills (English is project language) - Experience with Jira and Confluence; Guidewire skills are a plus.
